The Merrillville Community Planetarium is part of the Merrillville Community School Corporation, a K-12 public school system in Northwest Indiana. The Planetarium is located in Clifford Pierce Middle School. We provide programming for Merrillville classes, outside groups, and the public.

  • 1816 - American Lewis Morris Rutherford was born. Made the first telescopes designed for celestial photography.
